In a space that is surrounded by railings and limited by three access and people do not feel welcome to this park. Especially this space is ‘dominated’ by homeless people who found shelter underneath the tunnels. The installation of this ‘Red Tape Carpet’ is to remind people that ‘everyone is welcome and a distinguished visitor’.
